We invite you to celebrate with us by becoming a participating vendor at the 2013 Strawberry Festival. The festival offers a captive audience and the layout has been redesigned to attract more visitors to the vendor area. Vendors will again have the option of indoor (under a big top tent) or outdoor space this year.
The festival hours are:
*Thursday, May 30th: 5 – 10 pm *Participation on Thursday is optional.
May 31st: 5 – 11 pm
Saturday, June 1st: 11 am – 11 pm
Sunday, June 2nd:
Noon – 6 pm
All vendors must participate Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Booths may be set up Thursday or Friday morning between 8am -3pm and cannot be taken down prior to festival closing on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Vendors must have their booth completely set up by 3:30 pm and have moved their vehicles off the festival grounds. No exceptions. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and display set ups, even indoors.
Vendors will receive pre-event publicity in a listing which will be part of a special section of our local paper, The Daily Local News. You will also be listed on our web site.
Please complete the application and sign the acknowledgement of the event's rules and regulations on side two of the application. Return the signed application and all fees to us at your earliest convenience for greater pre-event visibility, but no later than Friday, April 26, 2013. Space is limited and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. A selection committee has been put in place to review each application to prevent duplication (as much as we can) and help ensure the success of the participating vendors. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance within two weeks of receipt of the application. You may also complete your application online.
